Accredited Buyers Representative - NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® awards the coveted ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative®) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, to real estate practitioners who meet specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Fine Home Specialist - The Fine Homes Specialist designation was established to define professional competency standards within the Prudential Real Estate Network and to recognize the level of experience and exacting service quality expected by affluent clientele.
To earn the Fine Home Specialist designation, agents must be currently active in listing and/or selling homes that are priced within the top 10% of their local market.
President’s Circle agents have a combination of accredited qualifications and sales level within the multi-million dollar criteria.
